Анотація

Стрімке збільшення кількості осіб, які вживають наркотичні речовини, призвело до виникнення захворювань наркотичного профілю, що характеризуються множинною поліорганною патологією органів і систем. Доведено беззаперечний зв’язок між глибиною порушень гемомікроциркуляторних порушень і тривалістю впливу опіоїду. Аналіз літературних даних засвідчив про актуальність та важливість вивчення цієї медико-соціальної проблеми. У цій публікації представлені особливості морфологічних та структурних змін органів і систем за впливу опіодів.
