Анотація

Проаналізовано сучасні лектиногістохімічні дослідження та їх практичне значення для клінічної та експериментальної медицини. Зацікавлення лектинами зумовлене їх унікальними властивостями – високою вибірковістю зв'язування з моно- та полісахаридами. Динаміка тканинних і клітинних глікокон'югатів у процесі диференціювання підпорядкована певним закономірностям і свідчить про важливу роль лектин-рецепторних взаємодій на послідовних етапах ембріогенезу, що робить можливим застосування лектинів для ембріологічних досліджень.
