ДІАГНОСТИКА НЕДОСТАТНОСТІ КОЛОРЕКТАЛЬНИХ АНАСТОМОЗІВ (ОГЛЯД ЗАРУБІЖНОЇ ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Анотація


Представлений огляд зарубіжної літератури щодо діагностики розходжень колоректальних анастомозів. Проаналізовано 25 зарубіжних праць. Методом вибору з додаткових методів досліджень є комп’ютерна томографія після клізми з водорозчинними контрастними препаратами. Чутливість і специфічність цього методу сягає понад 90%. Ендоскопічні методи візуалізації розходжень колоректальних анастомозів не знайшли поширення, корисними можуть виявитись лабораторні дослідження ексудату з дренажів.
