МОЖЛИВОСТІ ВЕРИФІКАЦІЇ НЕОНАТАЛЬНОГО СЕПСИСУ

Анотація


Проведені дослідження та власні спостереження показали сучасні можливості верифікації неонатального сепсису у новонароджених дітей. В обох наведених клінічних випадках неонатальний сепсис виник у передчасно народжених немовлят від матерів з наявністю інфекційних чинників ризику в анамнезі. Особливостями клінічних проявів було швидке наростання явищ поліорганної недостатності з ураженням багатьох органів та систем, тромбоцитопенією та лейкоцитозом, підвищеного рівня С-реактивного білка та рівня пресепсину. В епідеміологічному відношенні серед збудників переважали асоціації мікроорганізмів, зокрема провідне місце серед них посідали антибіотикорезистентні штами Klebsiella pneumonia поєднано з Ac. Baumannii та St. Epedermadis. Показано, що визначення рівня пресепсину у біологічних середовищах є перспективним щодо ранньої та надійної верифікації неонатального сепсису, особливо серед передчасно народжених немовлят.
