Анотація

В статт представлено сучасний стан діагностики та лікування гострої мезентеріальної ішемії. Увагу акцентовано на застосуванні ранньої аорто-мезентерікографії з метою встановлення діагнозу до настання інфаркту кишок. Вказано на можливість та ефективність застосування засобів реваскуляризації в лікуванні гострої ішемії кишок. Наголошено на необхідності лікування таких хворих судинними та абдомінальними хірургами одночасно.
