КЛІНІКО-АНАТОМІЧНІ І УЛЬТРАЗВУКОВІ ПАРАЛЕЛІ В ДІАГНОСТИЦІ ЗАХВОРЮВАНЬ ОПОРНО-РУХОВОГО АПАРАТУ (ОГЛЯД ЛІТЕРАТУРИ)

Анотація


Представлений огляд літератури з проблем клінічного застосування ультразвукового методу обстеження в ревматології. Проаналізовані клініко-анатомічні й ультразвукові паралелі в діагностиці різних захворювань опорно-рухового апарату. Наведені переваги і недоліки ультразвукового методу обстеження за візуалізації суглобів, м’язів, зв'язок, м’яких тканин. Висвітлені сучасні дані щодо ультразвукових змін внаслідок ревматоїдного артриту, псоріатичного артриту, реактивних артритах, ревматичної поліміалгії; проведена діагностична оцінка ультразвукового методу при цих захворюваннях і порівняльний аналіз з іншими методиками обстеження.
