Анотація

У структурі захворювань серцево-судинної системи велике місце займають запальні захворювання серця, які мають тяжкий перебіг, нерідко вимагають хірургічного втручання, супроводжуються високою летальністю і часто призводять до інвалідності. Серед них численну і різноманітну групу становлять перикардити. У більшості випадків ураження перикарду простежується вдруге, а діагностика причини захворювання часто утруднена. У ряді випадків клінічна картина ексудативного перикардиту із здавленням серця є першим проявом пухлинного, інфекційного або системного автоімунного процесів. Тяжкість проявів ураження перикарду, несприятливий прогноз за відсутності адекватного лікування, велика діагностична цінність у визначенні основного захворювання робить проблему лікування та діагностики ексудативних перикардитів актуальною в сучасній медицині.
