Анотація

Аналіз літератури присвячено результатам сучасних досліджень стовбурових клітин тонкої і товстої кишки дорослих. Розглядаються стовбурові ніші, маркери і транскрипційні фактори. Обговорюються потенційні можливості стовбурових клітин у регенерації та їхньої участі в канцерогенезі епітелію слизової оболонки кишки.
